If for some reason your order arrives and it is not what you purchased or the tea packet / product is unsealed, opened or damaged, please get in touch with us immediately for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.
We cannot be held responsible for mistaken purchases however if you should wish to exchange an item, returns will be accepted at the expense of the customer for any additional shipping charges and on the condition that the exchanged item is unopened and not damaged in any way.
We pack our orders to a high standard however if product damage should occur while in transit, it is up to the customer to take action with their shipping supplier. If you feel that our packaging is not up to this high standard please let us know.
